In-conference Wisdom Council Experiment
The “I am, You are” conference is offering an opportunity for participants to explore the power of conversation to spark collective wisdom in large systems. Within our conference we will experiment with the “Wisdom Council process,” which involves a series of randomly selected groups of people who report back to the whole system. In our conference we’ll do it two times with volunteers as an illustration. You will have two opportunities to participate, Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon, where you will:

 deepen your knowledge about the power of conversation to spark systemic change,
 experience “choice-creating,” an especially high quality of dialogue,
 make group progress on issues that matter deeply to you,
 inspire the conference community by sharing your collective wisdom,
 learn more about Dynamic Facilitation (www.DynamicFacilitation.com).

The increasingly our society is acting stupidly. We are destroying the viability of our planet and undermining our own health and well being. The missing ingredient to fixing this is a wise and responsible “We the People.”

The Wisdom Council process is a way to facilitate We the People, ALL of us to come together as one and act intelligently. This process can work in organizations, cities, and nations as well. During the conference we will experiment with this exciting social innovation and demonstrate how it:

 involves all in one whole-system creative dialogue on key issues
 generates near-unanimous “We the People” positions
 builds trust and the spirit of community
