From Collective Orchestration to Colony Collapse - Unlocking a Secret of Nature
Collective Orchestration as an evolutionary tool proposes collective wisdom to be actively operating at all levels of the natural world, not just among human beings. As we recognize the Other as a ?You are?, we begin the process of creating a new ?I am?, but on a higher dimensional stage.
The lectures demonstrates how nature uses the process of Collective Orchestration to advance harmoniously communicating individuals to ever higher dimensions, thus explaining the process of macro evolution.
Synchronized behaviour appears among various living species, such as fireflies, bees, termites and ultimately among human beings. Synchronized behaviour is found in many phenomena in the quantum world as well: laser beams for instance and the
superconductivity of electrons as they appear to organize themselves in Bose-Einstein condensation. These phenomena can be expressed through identical mathematical equations. An as of yet little explored inherent similarity underlies all of them.
In my lecture I will explore the importance of these collective line dances in the larger scheme of evolution. Similarity does not at all stop with mathematical equations, but has deep evolutionary implications. I will begin by demonstrating that empty space itself is the result of such a collectively organizing process, the self organization of space/time particles. The same process sheds a new light on synchronizing activities of the human brain. I will ultimately suggest that the ancient trend among human beings to build communities opens the door to higher dimensional organizations. I will show that Collective Orchestration, as I called such synchronized behaviour , is the missing link in evolutionary theory to explain complexity. Thus, self-organizing processes, not blind
Chance, drive the development of our multi-dimensional and highly complex universe.
During the workshop I will initiate some group activities that demonstrate the effectiveness of organization following some simple instructions. Then I will present pictures and videos to demonstrate Collective Orchestration at different levels of nature.

Collective Orchestration, an Interactive Workshop
During the workshop I will initiate some group activities that demonstrate the effectiveness of organization following some simple instructions. This simulates closely the popular computer game called "The Game of Life". Then I will present pictures and videos to demonstrate Collective Orchestration at different levels of nature.
Collective Orchestration as an evolutionary tool proposes collective wisdom to be actively operating at all levels of the natural world, not just among human beings. As we recognize the Other as "You are" we begin the process of creating a new "I am", but on a higher dimensional stage.
